Little BIG Dog Trail Run

Grab your favorite canine running buddy and join use for a New Year Trail Run. This trail run will be held at Kershaw-Ryan State Park on January 18th,2025 start time 9am for 14K, 9:45am for 4K. Kershaw-Ryan State Park is the coolest little spot to hangout. It has some great trails that will take you up to the top for some great views. If you are lucky you'll watch the Union Pacific train go through Rainbow Canyon. The park has a playground and a pond for the kiddos, a volleyball net, and a horseshoe pit so after your run with Rocky Road Adventures, stay and relax for a bit. Kershaw-Ryan also has camping spots.     • 4k w/ dog - $50
      • 14k w/dog - $60
    • 4k w/o dog - $40
      • 14k w/o dog - $50
  • No race day registrations.
• *There are no refunds for this race.
• Registration w/dog includes a custom race swag for human & canine, custom race finishers medal, and other fun stuff. For dog buddy, a bandana for the dog and a
• **custom personalized race finisher pet tag, and aid station with food and drinks. Registration for running without a dog buddy doesn't come with custom race finisher pet tag or pet bandana.
• **For guaranteed custom personalized finisher pet tag, must register by Jan 1st, 2025.
•  Late registrants, after Jan 1st, will receive custom finisher pet tag but won't be personalized.
• Virtual option is available, $60 entry fee (includes shipping).
• Overall awards to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd overall finishers for human runner and canine runner.
• *Overall awards for not running with pet will determine on how many are registered for each category & distance.

ENTRANCE/DAY USE FEE INTO PARK IS MANDATORY FOR EACH VEHICLE!  RRA IS COLLECTING THE $5/$10 PER VEHICLE FEE DURING REGISTRATION ($5 for In-state, $10 for Out-state).

RRA will be responsible to paying fee into the park after event. 

You will receive a printed event paper showing the event name and organizer at check-in.  At check-in we will write in your license plate # and then you will need to place the paper in your vehicle on the dash. If you are riding with another participant you may choose that in registration and you must state with whom you are riding with to the event.  The entrance fee into the state park is good all day for all the Lincoln County state parks, we have 5 total and all are wonderful to visit and explore.
