Webscorer PRO started as a manual-timing product - you'd tap the screen to record a time & identify the racer.
Automated timing support was added in 2015 to automate timing with the time stamp (and racer ID) obtained automatically,
freeing the app operator to focus on just monitoring the timing & correcting errors:
- Fully automated RFID chip-timing
- Fully automated NFC chip-timing
- Automated time stamps with starting gate & finish line photocell
The unique feature in Webscorer PRO is that you can mix the manual and automated timing mode -
if for example a racer’s chip is not detected, you can manually tap the racer to record a time.
Or if your RFID reader goes offline (e.g. someone kicks the power cord), you can switch to manual timing while you get the RFID reader back up and running.
