You Must Pre Register Here Online to participate in the timing and awards part of the run

Normal RRCW Fun Run course, meet adjacent to Woodbury High School Track on Wood Street prior to 6:15pm. Normal Start Time at 6:30 pm. No Cost but this run will add the element of it being timed and with results posted online .

Here's the cool part...

You will enter your predicted finishing time. You will NOT use a watch or a running app but will try to come as close to that predicted time you set for the 5k. Again.. No cheating! We have ways to track down those scoundrels!

Closest finishing time to what you predicted wins a JTF Trophy ,Three Runners up receive the much sought after JTF Medals.
