In consideration of my participation in the Snapper Run Race Series (the “Event”), I, the undersigned, hereby agree
to the following terms:
1. Acknowledgement of Risk
I acknowledge and fully understand that participation in the Snapper Run Race Series involves inherent risks and
dangers, including but not limited to physical injury, mental stress, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily
choose to participate in the Event, fully accepting all associated risks.
2. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Snapper Run Race Series
organisers and Ozone Australia Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, and affiliates
(collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages arising
out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the Event,
whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, or demands
(including legal fees) that may be brought by any third party due to my conduct during or related to the Event. This
indemnity extends to any harm or damage I may cause to any person or property while participating in the Event.
4. Medical Treatment Authorisation
I consent to receive any necessary emergency medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, or illness during
the Event. I understand that any costs associated with such treatment shall be my sole responsibility, and I agree
not to hold the Released Parties responsible for any costs or damages arising from medical care.
5. Compliance with Rules and Instructions
I agree to abide by all Event rules and regulations as well as instructions provided by the Event organisers and staff.
I understand that failure to comply may result in disqualification or removal from the Event.

6. Photographic and Media Release
I grant permission to Ozone Australia Pty Ltd, affiliated organisers and appointed media relations to take
photographs, videos, or other media during the Event and to use my likeness in any promotional or marketing
materials, including social media, without compensation or further consent.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes
arising out of this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
8. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof
and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, or representations |
