The Mini MAKAI 10kis a great opportunity to test yourself against mother nature and your mates in a relatively protected offshore location.
You will get a taste of the MAKAI Cup, including the same finish, but without being exposed to the longer distance, and exposed offshore conditions.
The event is run independently from the MAKAI Cup in the morning, starting and finishing in Ulladulla Harbour, so perfect for those sharing craft with MAKAI Cup competitors, or juggling kids.
The race has a two day window allowing for the best opportunity to get the safest conditions.
Preference will ALWAYS be given to the Saturday.
ENTRY INFO;
- Early Bird Fees ($60:00) apply until Wednesday 15th January - get your entry in early to take advantage.
- Standard Entry Fees ($80:00) apply from 16th January - Thursday 6th February.
- Entries will close at midday AEDST Thursday 6th February, 2025.
- No late entries will be accpted after entries close (no exeptions)
- NO REGISTRATIONS ON THE DAY AND NO REFUNDS.
DOUBLES (SS2 & OC2)
When completing your entry, please remember the deal, EVERY paddler MUST complete the event registration process. That means BOTH paddlers in a Double (SS2 or OC2) must complete an entry, and, if you are paddling in a Double, you must also provide your Paddling partner's name.

So that we can match up the two entries and combine them into one boat.
So that all entrants complete the Waiver acknowledgment.
So that we have Emergency Contact and other important information for EVERY paddler.
....and most importanty so that we can continue to bring you the opportunity to paddle in this great event in the future.

- Jacket style PFD. HiVis - NO INFLATABLES
- Leash attaching you to your craft AT ALL TIMES.
- HiVis hat and or shirt
- Plenty of water/fluids
