I, , wish to use Nordmin Engineering’s property located at 160 Logan Avenue (the “premises”) for training purposes. I agree to use the premises for its intended purpose and I understand that it is my exclusive responsibility to continuously conduct myself safely and responsibly while using the premises. In consideration for being permitted to use the premises, I hereby release and forever discharge Nordmin Engineering Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees and agents of and from all claims, demands, proceedings, damages, losses, costs, suits, actions or causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever, at law or in equity, and howsoever arising, which I and/or my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives or assigns had, now have or hereafter may have by reason of my use of the premises. Nordmin Engineering Ltd. is not responsible for any damage to, loss or theft of personal property. This Release constitutes the entire understanding between me and Nordmin and respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreement, understandings or representations, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter of this Release. I fully understand that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permissible under Ontario law, and shall be governed by the same. I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT I EXECUTE THIS RELEASE FREELY, VOLUNTARILY AND THROUGH NO SENSE OF OBLIGATION TO USE THE PREMISES OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY PROGRAM AS AN EMPLOYEE OF NORDMIN, WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. |
