Release Agreement Information & Links

Competitors aged 16 and older must complete an Event Release Agreement Waiver and can complete this agreement themselves.

Once complete, you will receive an “Event Release Agreement ID” code. Please hold on to the ID code, as you will need to enter the code into a field during the registration process below.

Competitors aged 15 and younger require both an Event Release Agreement Waiver and a Parental Release Agreement Waiver both of which should be filled out by their parent or legal guardian in the name of the child.

Once complete, you will receive a “Release Agreement ID” codes. Please hold on to the ID code, as you will need to enter the code into a field during the registration process below.
