Women’s Summer Running Camp
July 8th - Aug 2nd at Lions Park (Bremerton)
Beginner Camp:
M, W, and F 6:30 a.m.–7:30 a.m.
Intermediate:
T,H, and F 6:00 a.m.–7:30 a.m.
Calling all Morning Birds! Women (18+) come join us for 4 weeks this summer for a unique opportunity. 3-sessions per week we'll gather together, learn skills, work hard, make friends, and have a blast. Choose the level that's appropriate for you, and come work towards your goals this summer.
Beginner Level: Baseline - can already walk for 30 minutes comfortably. This group will help you work up to 30 minutes of running. We'll work on pacing, form, endurance, and other skills for you to be successful as a new or returning runner.
Intermediate Level: Baseline - can already run for 30 minutes with limited walk breaks. This group will help you target your goals, working towards improving your speed, endurance, and fitness. We'll work on fine-tuning skills to help you be more successful in your workouts, such as pacing, form, and mindset.
Camp Includes:
- 12 workout session (Beginner - 60 minutes, Intermediate - 90 minute)
- Group Coaching
- Kitsap Running Athletic T-Shirt
- Completion Certificate
- 8-week training plan for after the camp, tailored to your next goals
Beginner Camp: $175
Intermediate Camp: $205
Participate Limits:
Each Level will need 10 (over even 5!) participants in order to hold the camp level. If minimum registration requirements are not reached, that level will be cancelled, and all participant money (except for processing fees) will be refunded. Each group is limited to 30 participants, so sign up soon!
