Canadian Outrigger Distance Championships 2024

Join us for the Canadian Outrigger Distance Championships!
September 28 and 29, 2024

Outrigger racing returns to Okanagan Lake! OC6 long course of 21km, and a short course of 10km on Saturday.

Sunday racing includes a short course followed by a downwind.

The downtown race site at Okanagan Lake Park is walkable to a variety of accommodations where you can enjoy the famous Penticton farmers market and a multitude of restaurants and breweries. Make the most of this long weekend in Penticton!  Your entry fee includes Saturday's post race dinner and awards banquet at the Penticton Lakeside Resort. They are also offering great room rates, as are some other motels along Lakeshore Drive.

Venue:   Okanagan Lake Park.  This park is directly to the RIGHT (East) of the Lakeside Resort.  Boat trailer parking will be allowed in the park.

We will have a water bottle filling station, so remember your reusable bottle and suncreen!

Race fee is $301 per crew and payable by e-transfer to info@pentictonpaddlesports.com. Please check your confirmation email for further instructions.  Waiver will be attached there. 

CORA registration is required and must be paid in advance. CORA day fee is $15, annual fee is $30. Click below to purchase.
