This is a FREE monthly social running / walking event, where we encourage exercise and friendship building. 藉由一個月一次的''免費''社交路跑/健行活動，來鼓勵運動與拉近人與人的距離。
All runs start/finish at The Shack. We meet up from 18:30 and the run/walk starts at 19:00. The Shack has a wonderful variety of cold craft beer, meals and snacks on offer. 起點與終點都將在The Shack 野菇屋Pizza. 在這裡有很多樣的美食，點心與精釀啤酒可以選擇。 集合時間： 18:30 出發時間： 19:00
The routes have ambient light, but it is advised to have some form of light (headlight / flashlight) when running / walking the routes. Some route markings might be difficult to see in darker areas. 這次的路線沿途有景觀燈，但我們還是建議可以戴上頭燈/手電筒，因為有些地方的路線標記可能比較不容易看清楚如果沒有燈照的話！
1st Female and 1st Male runners back get a beverage FREE on the house. In addition, the first walker back also has a choice of any FREE beverage. 第一個回來的男女跑者可以獲得免費的飲料! 此外健行組第一個回來的夥伴也有喔。
