Vasa Ski Club Summer Training
This year we are offering a fully comprehensive summer training program, with multiple registration levels to hopefully allow as many people to participate as possible. We will have practices Tuesday through Thursday at 7am. These practices will be focused on building base fitness, promoting comfort on skis and improving technique. We will have one strength practice a week on Thursday evening that will work on general strength as well as single leg stability and balance.
To make this as inclusive as possible we are allowing registration on a "per week" basis and we are offering three participation levels. The first level is "Full Participation". This is registering for all four practices a week. The second is as a "Part Time Participant". As a part time participant you'll be able to come to two practices a week and will get a training plan. Finally, if you would like a training plan and are unable to come to in person training you can register for the "Training Plan Only" option.
Cost
Full time - $45 per week
Part time - $27 per week
Rollerski rental - $50
Sleeping Bear Training Camp - $180
Summer training plan only (on your own) - $100
Skiers are made during the summer!
