Thanks very much for entering. There is heaps of parking at the start/finish area. We look forward to seeing you there between 5pm and 7pm on the Friday before the race or between 8.30am and 9.30am on the Saturday for race number pick-up.

 

Hope you can get some good training in between now and October! Layers, for winter running - and a NRG gym membership! Strong core = running more! (Injury free:)

 

Remember the teams relay - bring the kids and a couple of extra's and enter in the team relay?! (They love it)

To be held on the Lake Dunstan Cycle Trail and Alpha Street Recreation Grounds..
THERE ARE MANY HAZARDS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TOO:

Other Trail users (the trail is not closed for the race)

Vehicles and boat trailers around McNaulty Inlet.

Slippery Mud
Strong winds
Cold Temperatures

Hot Temeratures.
Burning sun


By signing this waiver (checking the box) and processing the entry I attest that I am fully aware of the
risks and hazards involved in participating in this event and I understand that participation in the event
