Palindrome

A new Twinnies event with a twist on triathlon, this week we're changing up the order of the legs with two options:

• Palindrome Tri: Run > Ride > Swim > Ride > Run
• Palindrome Aquabike: Ride > Swim > Ride

Tempta will run as normal

Palindrome Tri

Start at sprint handicap start time from transition

Course:

• Run #1: 1 lap Tempta run course (2km)
• Ride #1: 1 lap of Tempta bike course (8.1km)
• Swim: 300m
• Ride #2: repeat ride #1
• Run #2: repeat run #1

General

• Go through transition between each leg
• 30 partiticpation points

Palindrome Aquabike

Start at 6:15 from transition

Course:

• Ride #1: 1 lap of Tempta ride course (8.1km)
• Swim: 300m
• Ride #2: repeat ride #1
