The “Turtle Race 5K/Kids Run”, to benefit St. Vincent de Paul. It's a fun, family run/walk on a beautiful Saturday morning, all ages and ability levels are welcome! Costumes are encouraged for this one!
 
St. Vincent de Paul brings compassionate help and crucial services to individuals and families in need. You can make a donation directly HERE. 
 
Cost: $35 - 5K, Kids 1 Mile - $25 (Prices will increase $5 on 3/3). This event is limited to only 250 participants, so register early to save your spot!
 
All participants receive a custom Turtle medal and snacks at the finish! T-Shirts are not included to keep the cost low.
 
The 5K race is scheduled to start at 8:00 am, so please arrive early! The race is chip timed with age group awards in 14 categories and includes a free raffle drawing. Water, snacks and popsicles will be provided.
 
The flat canal course is located at AZ Falls, 5802 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018 with overflow parking located at the Lutheran church, just North of the park off 56th Street.
 
Kids 1 Mile Run (Registration is for kids 16 and under): Arrive between 8 - 8:45 am for check in. Start time will be 9 am. Kids may run 1 mile or less to earn their finisher medal and special treat at the finish. (No timing) 
Parents may run with their child for free. (The Kids Race IS NOT available as a Virtual option).
 
5K Virtual option: If you can’t make the date, you may run your race virtually on any day, time or course that you choose. Simply report back your finishing time on RunYourRaceAZ.com. Virtual Race packets will be mailed during race week, if not available sooner.
 
Our events are both dog and stroller friendly, but the course does include a short trail section that is not on pavement.
