GROUP TRAINING
Our “CHILLY WILLY” TRAINING GROUP will take place for 4 weeks leading up to the race (Wednesday, January 15th, 22nd, 29th, and February 5th). Whether you are interested in learning the route or just looking for some fun people to hit the trails with! 2 distances available… 5k and 10k! Run or walk, all levels welcome! We will meet at the Muskoseepi Park - Ernie Radbourne Pavilion at 5:45 pm each week and start promptly at 6:00 pm. *Remember to bring hydration if needed, wear trail shoes or shoes with running spikes, be sure to dress for the weather conditions.
REFUND POLICY.
All race entries are non-refundable. Race registrations may be transferred to another racer prior to race day. Email racedirector@gonitehawk.com to request changes.
