Race #4 Rockford Rampage at Alpine Hills

Welcome to the second season of the Midwest Youth Cycling League! We are bringing scholastic mountain bike racing to the K-5 student athletes and also including 6th to 8th grade this year! Choose the grade category that your athlete is in for the 2024-25 school year. The advanced elementary and middle school category is for those athletes who have a good deal of racing experience and know their way around the trails. The advanced categoires are open to athletes in 3rd to 8th grade. Please see the website for full rules and guidelines for race day.

Start times:

Trail Pre Ride 7:30am-8:15am

8:30am      K-2nd grade girls and boys  (Target Race time 20-25 minutes)

9:10am      3rd-5th grade boys (Target Race time 25-30 minutes)

9:50am     3rd-5th grade girls   (Target Race time 25-30 minutes)

10:30am   Strider and try-the-trail (5-10 minute ride)

10:50am   Middle School Boys (Target Race time 30-35 minutes)

11:30am   Middle School Girls  (Target Race time 30-35 minutes)

12:10pm   Advanced Elementary and Advanced Middle School Girls (Target Race time 40-50min)

1:10pm     Advanced Elementary and Advanced Middle School Boys (Target Race time 40-50 min)
