Diamond Dash 2024 - Surf Boats

The 1st Annual Diamond Dash will take competitors on a route from  Waubs Beach around Diamond Island and across Waubs Bay to the Gulch. Competitors will paddle through the Gulch, heading south around Muirs Rock before returning north to Waubs Beach via the Gulch. 

If that wasn't exciting enough, be the first person to the spit at Diamond Island for a cash prize!

There are three distances: 

1. approx. 4km board. 

2. approx 1km board U12&U13 Course will be set on the day

3. approx. 5km novice ski

4. approx. 11km ski/surf boat. 

- 8:00 AM: Registration opens
- 8:15 AM: Registration closes for on-the-day entries
- 8:45 AM: Race briefing for board race
- 9:00 AM: Board race starts
- 9:45 AM: Race briefing for boat and ski races
- 10:00 AM: Boat race starts
- 10:15AM: Ski race starts
