Event notes

Thank you for considering to volunteer for the Mad River Enduro. As an all volunteer organization, we cannot do this without your help. Each year we try to offer something to our volunteers for helping to create a fun and safe event. This year, we are offering volunteers a meal ticket, which will be good at any of the award party food trucks (3 or 4 of them); two drink tickets; the yet-to-be-announced special race swag; a race sticker; and a RCMBA sticker. As part of registration, we are offering the race t-shirt at cost to volunteers ($15). We know this is a deviation from previous years where a shirt was part of the volunteer swag, but we have obligated a significant amount of money to projects in our area this year and need to manage our costs to successfully complete those projects. We hope you understand and are still willing to help put on the best event we can for our locals and visitors.

Note: If you can help with more than one need, please register separately as the website we use does not permit selecting multiple options. Also, the website doesn't allow the same name to be used more than once. If registering a second (or more) time, please simply add a number to the end of your last name (e.g. Smith2). We appreciate your patience.

Below are descriptions of the volunteer positions. When registering, the number of volunteers still needed will be shown. Approximate times for each position is presented when selecting the volunteer position. Each position will receive additional information when we get closer to the event.
