Note the course is approx 10.1 km mostly road, (800m off road on private land). Race is run under ARC Rules and Licence (Permit #24/0413)

Winners of the 1st Male/1st Female Overall categories will be excluded from their associated age category for prizes. Prizes will be awarded at approx. 12:45 p.m. (subject to at least 1 finisher in all categories). NOTE! we welcome those choosing 'other/prefer not to say' under gender/sex but do not have prizes in this category.

Withdrawals/Refunds/Transfers/Changes/Waiting List
Check you receive an automated confirmation email, if you do not then check the email address you used to register and contact us if it needs updating. Check your spam folders.
Changes: If you notice anything incorrect or you change contact/emergency details after registerring contact us asap
Refunds/Deferrals: There are no general refunds/deferrals. Event may be rescheduled due to bad weather.
Transfers to Another Person: are available up to 31st August 2024 via email request (use Contact Organiser link).
Withdrawals: are available up to 31st August 2024 via email request (use the Contact Organiser link). If you withdraw you may get a refund but only if we can find someone on the waiting list to take your place, After 31st August we cannot refund any T-Shirt/Vest purchase as we will have placed our order. Contact us for details.
No-Shows: To maximise our donations to charity, we sell off T-Shirts (after the race) where the runner has failed to turn up and failed to arrange collection. We also do a 'virtual Warhorse' to ensure medals do not go to landfill.
Waiting List: We operate a waiting list in strict registration date order. An offer from the waiting list is only valid for a short time so check the offer email carefully and respond quickly. Places secured from the waiting list after 31st August 2024, cannot order a T-Shirt or Vest. Your registration details will be amended to remove this item before the place is offered.
