MITHER TAP HILL RACE - AGES 18+

Thursday 21st July 2022 – Race starts 7.00 pm
Distance: 6.4 km with 365 m climb

Registration from 5.45 pm at Bennachie Visitor Centre (please remember parking charges apply), registration will close at 6:45pm

No entries will be taken on the day. Enter online in advance and pay on the day £2.50 exact change only. Entry in advance does not commit you and there is no requirement to pay in advance. If you decide you cannot race - please cancel your entry.

Please come prepared to carry full body cover - this may be mandatory if weather conditions are poor

Please car share where possible and bring your own refreshments. Please do not leave any litter.

Route Description:
From the visitor centre the race follows the old turnpike road, good paths on the level, before turning steeply uphill on a rough path to skirt around the summit of Mither Tap. The descent starts down a short section of steep and rough path and then follows a well made path, with stone steps and loose gravel, back to Heather Brig and from there back to the centre on good paths. Slightly different route from previous years because of fallen trees, but same distance.
