2024 WWR #8 Bridgetown Teams

Bridgetown Teams Race - Saturday, August 17, 2024.

Location:           Blackwood River Park, Bridgetown

Race Check in:  01:00pm-01:30pm

Briefing:             01:45pm

Race start:         02:00pm

Course:  Starting upstream of the town bridge and finishing 8kms downstream
The course comprises of rapids, winding sections of moving water and ti tree obstacles

The race is open to all competition type boats, with playboat and recreational type craft not permitted to race.

Team allocations

Teams are to comprise of 3 competitors in similar classes of boat. (eg team of WWK1, team of Wavehopper or Sundries team). Additionally all teams will be classed as Open and can therefore comprise of any age category.

Competitors can nominate their own Team during registration, or nominate to be allocated to an available Team.

This is a timed individual event, where Teams will receive a timed result and ranking, but will not awarded season points to either the 2024 WildWater Championships or the 2024 Sundries Series.
