Join us at Lydgate Beach Park for our annual 5k Resolution Run along the beautiful Kapa'a bike path!

All proceeds from this race will go towards equipment that supports our adult and youth programs and helps us fulfill our mission of encouraging athletic endeavors based on Hawaiian traditions of Aloha, Hō’ihi (respect), and Ikaika Kākāuha (Athletic Strength).

Pick up your race bib at Lydgate Park Friday evening from 3-6 pm, or on Saturday morning 6:30-7:30 am. Our safety talk and blessing will be at 7:45, and the race start at 8 am.

Walkers, strollers and leashed dogs welcome!

First 150 participants will get a race shirt, and every participant is entered into random drawing for prizes.
