Race adjustment (90% for skate) for para skier.

 

Elapsed times for Bibs #4, #27, #33, #84, #173, #91, #177 were all adjusted by the amount of time they left the start before the "GO" command.  In all cases, it was less than 3 seconds, so the 15-second time penalty was not used.
