K1 Sprint Triathlon

Swim 750m, Bike 20km, Run 5km 

Dhekelia Water Sports Centre, 

Registration from 0630-0730

Race brief 0730

Race start at 0800

All participants will need a valid MOD 90 or SBA Pass. 

The fee is €10 for non-member and €6 for members and is to be paid on the day in cash. 

 Kit List:

Bike in a servicable condition (if you require a bike, please hire through Pete Norris: peter.norris976@mod.gov.uk or you can find him through the Facebook Page.)
Bike Helmet
Cycling Shoes (optional)

Sunglasses
Trainers
Swimming costume
Goggles
Swim Hat
Tri suit or other suitable sports clothing for cycling and running
Towel

Water bottle for the bike
Water, there will be a limited amount provided
